Webb’s Guitar, etc. is a small, but yet comprehensive musical supply store. Located in the beautiful hills of eastern Middle Tennessee where music is a way of life. Terry Webb and family run the shop. Terry has been playing music since the age of 5. Starting with a banjo when his arms could not reach the end of the neck. At age 6 his father bought his second and real guitar. At age 7, he was playing on stage with local bands. 37 years later, he has not quit playing yet. Beyond his family, music fills his life. A school administrator and university professor, Terry’s evenings are filled with playing with local and professional musicians and songwriting. Frustrated at trying to find quality instruments that average working people could afford. Terry decided to start a business that would supply local musicians with their needs and back that service with a personal guarantee of satisfaction. Every instrument is personally set up before it is displayed or shipped. Terry’s approach is that if it isn’t good enough to satisfy him, then it will not satisfy the customer. “Music is supposed to bring happiness, not regret.” This is Terry’s approach when it comes to sales. “I started this business, not to get rich, but to supply people with instruments that will bring the joy of music to their lives like it has to mine. We are not fancy, but we are honest, fair, and appreciative of people who put their trust and money in our instruments and supplies.” This philosophy has lead Webb’s Guitar etc. to shipping instruments and accessories throughout the U.S.
